Water pipe breaks school closes
Who- Steinmetz students and staffWhat- Pipes broke and flooded the teacher parking lot
When- Began Sunday Jan 10 throughout Jan 13
Where- Steinmetz Academic Centre
Why- Pipes were too old and they had not checked them before the winter as they should have had
How- Pipes froze and construction workers began to work on them but didnt finish because they thought they would still last for a couple more days but they didnt.
ROTC food drive benefits local pantry

What- Held a food drive and collected over 2,000 cans for St. Cyprian’s Food Pantry
